She keeps having visions of a past life that feature a man with green eyes.Eric G. Dove did a great job of reading this book. He really made the drama stand out.

She is a new author to me. I fell in love with her stories and had to keep buying more of her books. She is a very good writer and keeps you so involved with her characters and story you can't put it down.
Top box office draw and super hot actor stops a group of despicable looking men from abduction a young lady who is stranded on the side of the road. She has NO idea he is a hot star and he finds her extremely attractive. She is running from an abusive relationship and he is just going home to visit his family.
This book was really good.
I discovered this author through one of my facebook members and gave it a try. Boy am I glad I did! Even though this is book 2, I will go back and buy book 1. Everything about this story was a winner. From the characters, Josh and Elena, to the plot, to the antagonist and the settings, everything was top notch. I highly recommend this story!
This was just an ok read for me. Not my favorite of the series although I really do like the characters of Josh and Elena. The back on time dreams just weren't for me.
OK, so I really love this author and would read anything she wrote but I particularly liked this story. I purchased it in the afternoon and stayed up until 1am to finish it, I just couldn't put it down.
Well written, well rounded characters with loads of suspence and drama and lots of great hot romance.
Can't wait for another Jean Brashear book.
This one is exciting from page 1 to the end! Hollywood megastar, Josh Marshall is on his way home for a long overdue visit. He happens to drive by a situation with a woman is major trouble from 2 guys trying to kidnap her and he becomes the hero as he beats the bad guys to a pulp and save the lady from certain rape and worse.
This story just keeps you glues to the pages as the story unfolds. I was sorry to see it end, but it did have a GREAT ending.
I first came to Brashear's Texas books via a free download. Because I grew up in TX and NM, the characters resonated deeply. The character development sunk a deep hook into my soul quickly.
So yes, I have paid for other books..... and I recommend you purchase them all an once and save the extra effort!
If you are from the Southwest, the richness of the settings and the characters will play straight to your heart and soul. If you have a different background, you may come to understand the homeward pull for natives and the impact on those who truly open their hearts to the the great vistas of red red brown.
I love that I am reminded of the simpler connections of communities as family.I also appreciate the intimate understanding of all that can not be explained and the liberal sprinkling of those unexplainable elements in the lives of the characters. In short, this murder mystery and psycho thriller addict has found a new escape to my romantic side.
